iAttendance - Great Attendance Tracker App Reviews

I use this app for our church attendance. Ive tried other apps but none are as easy to use or give me as many options as this app. I know there have been some rough patches with this app BUT it seems all is well again! Before the IOS 6 update iAttendance was updated. I thought I lost everything and retyped in everything. After the IOS6 updated i came back to iAttendance out of fear of losing everything. To my pleasure everything was back in place as it was before, so essentially I lost nothing. If youve experienced issues with this app, dont fear, its still a great working app. Ive exchanged a few emails with Paul (creator) and hes been quick to respond and is very helpful. This is still the best app for attendance!

I use it for Sunday school, AWANA and cub scouts. Great tracking tool. Data is safe now. Thanks for the update!

I cannot add multiple dates and it will not add a date on a Sunday....moves it to Sat....frustrating...we meet on Sundays......

Always carry my iPhone and now can track 9 different weekly meeting with grace and simplicity. Excellent

I have tried for months now to use this app for my Cub Scout pack but the event date changes to a day or two before. Not user friendly. Will be looking for new app.

Absolutely LOVE this app. Very simple to use. I, like several others, do have problems with Sundays. You change the date to Sunday and it switches to Saturday ON THE EVENT SCREEN. It does, however, handle the date correctly on the report. A slight annoyance but not a big deal. People also complained u cant add multiple dates. True, but, its simple to just duplicate the event. No problems at all. Highly recommend.

How does the app handle walk ins? I need people to be able to enter their contact info even if they were not pre registered.

This app has been the best non-school attendance tracker I have found so far, BUT, it would be 1000% better if you could look at an individuals attendance record. I dont care what % of members were at each event as much as I can about person As % of meeting attendance. If that were added, I would have this at 5 stars without question.

I am a den leader for the Cub Scouts. This app is perfect for my needs. It allows me to record materials covered in each the meeting as well as at home assignments. Who attended and who did not. Best of all, it allows me to send reports to the boys parents to ensure the know what their boys are responsible for.

I bought it to keep record of our church attendance. I used it for four weeks just fine. Then I came in one day and all my records were gone. Fortunately, I sent a backup, but now I can’t find any information of how to restore from the email. The website is down and I am very disappointed.

New review: I still like & use this app BUT the dates on the summary tables are STILL wrong, and sometimes the event dates still change randomly to the wrong date. These are small problems. My big complaint is you cannot export data in .CSV format so its not really useful outside this app. "Tabbed reports" do not import into excel as indicated. Has not been updated for over a year. My original review: This is a handy little app so far. Before you give up and give it a bad review, contact the developer. I had a problem and sent him a note. He got right back to me, looked into it and worked out a solution. Thats great customer service. Give it a try before you believe the negative reviews!

I have used this app for a year and a half now. Everything from my Girl Scout meetings and events were on here. Everything is now gone. I hadnt backed anything up recently. The last backup was in October so the last few months is gone. I backed up from the October backup and used it for my meeting two weeks ago. Went in today to check attendance and again everything is gone. I am beyond mad right now.

Not only did I loose 2 years worth of records, I can no longer email reports. The email is blank. Help???

I really want to like this app but am struggling because the birthdays I enter are changing because of some time zone that I can’t change! THEN when I come here for support the link for support is not working! Please help so I can use the app!

Dev told me 4 months ago an update would come soon. So far nothing.The dates in the event logs are still wrong!! Very disappointed in customer service.

App is good if you dont want to do a summary report of people that attended events....all other functions appear to work fine......App appears to no longer being maintained by developer and you will get no support from developer!

I use this app for several months and it worked great. But then all of a sudden all of my information was gone several very important contacts have disappeared. This was very disappointing then I am Trinity again only to find it the next day they were all gone. This is a problem because it is not possible to export it is not allowing me to do so. This app is terrible because it is not being maintained or supported.

This is a great app but would be very nice if the screen could work in landscape view for us that use a keyboard.

I list all my data... I could not email any reports... No maintenance at all. The date never synchronized in the summary. I really wanted to work because it was everything I needed, but after 6 months I lost everything...
